RCC in Abbotsford and Surrey, offering a safe, compassionate and supportive space for you to be heard, feel understood and growth.
I provide psychotherapy (what some call therapy, counselling) to children, youth and adults
Whether you’re wanting support as an individual, a couple, a family or any other relationship, you’ve reached the right space. I primarily offer mental health therapy which can include providing clients with an understanding of how our bodies and minds and connected, processing trauma and difficulties, learning how to manage mood, anxiety and other mental health concerns and we practice and provide tools to care for self.
I have a commitment to inclusivity and cultural sensitivity.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have over 18 years of experience working with children, youth, and families across the Lower Mainland. Originally born in England to parents who emigrated from India, I grew up in a large, supportive family that shaped my understanding of connection and community. After moving to Canada in the early 2000s, I began volunteering in youth custody, mentoring, and school programs, which sparked my passion for supporting others.
My career has included roles as a Youth Care Worker, Inner-City Youth Worker, and Youth Counsellor, and a Clinical Counsellor for youth and families. I have developed a strong appreciation for understanding the meaning behind behaviours and supporting positive change.
A meaningful experience in my journey was volunteering at a child and youth shelter in Mumbai, India, where I witnessed the resilience and strength of young people facing significant challenges. This experience deepened my belief that peace, compassion, and happiness are influenced by our inner world. I value creating a space where individuals feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I am passionate about supporting my community and helping individuals, couples and families work toward balance, self-awareness, and overall wellness.
